CleverPlans.com, LLC collects information provided by our customers and information that is automatically generated via web browsing. We use this information to improve our site and provide better service.

Personal information will not be given or sold to anyone, except as required by law.

CleverPlans.com, LLC is an Internet marketing company promoting numerous vendors. As such, we have many links to those vendors and elsewhere. Whenever a customer clicks on a link that takes them to another site, the CleverPlans Privacy Policy is not in effect at the new site.

When a customer registers with CleverPlans.com, certain information is requested. The information may be ficticious. However, in order to receive our newsletters, the customer must select "Subscribe to Our Newsletter," and have access to the email address submitted. Furthermore, in order to receive payment for reviews submitted by the customer, the Email Address must be the same Email Address used for the item purchased. This is how CleverPlans determines that the reviewer is a legitimate customer and this same address will be used to send payment to the customer via Paypal.

Customers may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by selecting the Newsletter Unsubscribe link prominently displayed on every page of our website.
